11 years product warranty - Automation significantly improves the serial product quality
The Heckert Solar AG has successfully started production on new line 3 - one of the world’s most modern production lines for crystalline high-performance modules. Due to the immediately increased automation rate the enterprise is now able to extend its product warranty to 11 years valid from 1/1/2011 as a criterion for the industry. „The leading-edge production lines, the motivated and qualified employees, more than 100 test stations and our long-standing know-how guarantee real German quality with high yields over a long time period“, stresses Head of Marketing and Sales.
New product NeMo® will be launched by July 2011
Our new crystalline solar modules will dispose of these new features: glued frame, round corners, covered bussing, barcode under glass, protection class IP65 of the solar box, connections in the box, only one cable required, German components: Prysmian TECSUN and TECPLUG (test winner in “Photon Profi” issue 09/2010), extended certification, 4mm ESG solar glass, extruded and anodized aluminium profile
We can provide this module with silver or black frame, with poly- or monocrystalline solar cells, as Solrif version suitable for roof integration and as laminate without frame.
Fully automated production process using the latest technology of gluing the frame. Due to our new state-of-the-art production line which we currently started up we are not only able to produce quality in series at an excellent price-performance ratio, we also dispose of a cutting-edge soldering technology which sets new standards in terms of string performance and product life. This means dramatic reduction of errors as far as regards so-called hot spots or wafer cracks.
